DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days of receipt. Please contact me if an order is urgent and I will be able to confirm a delivery date.

PAyment

Orders through my website shop can be paid for by credit/debit card .

I can also accept orders via my contact page, which can be paid for by PayPal, bacs or cheque.

SHIPPING POLICY

International customers please note that as the UK is no longer part of the EU, a tax or other extra charge may be required before your order can be processed. If you are unsure, please contact me before ordering. All international customers are responsible for any taxes or charges they may receive N.B this is separate from postage which is currently charged at £10.00 per package, please add this to your purchase at checkout.

Postage is free for UK orders.

Orders are packaged in a grey, card gift box with silver lettering, including a care information slip. I am happy to gift wrap items and add a card on request for no extra charge. Please request this in the 'comments' section when you order.

I hope you will be delighted with your new jewellery. If for any reason you wish to return your order, please do so within 21 days of receipt, unworn and undamaged, in the original packaging at your expense for a full refund or exchange.

HALLMARKS

Silver items below 7.78 grams are currently exempt from the legal requirement of being hallmarked. Consequently, larger pieces are marked and smaller items are not.

NECKLACES

My chains are ‘snake’ or ‘loose link’ and clearly visible in each image, however I am happy to use the chain STYLE and LENGTH of your choice with any pendant or necklace. I offer three lengths of 16” (short), 18” (med) or 20” (med-long). Please do let me know your preferences in the comments box.

EARRINGS

All my earrings are for pierced ears and have sterling silver ear wires with nylon safety stoppers and stud earrings have silver ‘butterfly’ backs. I am happy to discuss making earrings with silver clip or screw fittings, please do ask which designs may be suitable for conversion.

CUFF LINKS

My cuff link fittings are hallmarked sterling silver, with a silver 1.5 mm post and 2mm round bar, soldered on to the silver and enamelled section.

BROOCHES

These are hand pierced copper with handmade silver tube and stainless steel brooch pins.

CARE INFORMATION

Enamel is powdered glass fired and fused onto the silver or copper – whilst it is a permanent attachment it may crack or even shatter if knocked hard, bent or dropped. Clean the backs of the silver pieces carefully with a silver cleaning cloth whist avoiding rubbing the enamelled front. The copper pieces have been oxidised to keep the patina dark – no cleaning required.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid bringing into contact with body lotion, hairspray and perfume etc.

SUSTAINABILITY

I use recycled ‘Ecosilver’ and all my offcuts are sent back for recycling. I rarely buy new enamels and many of my powders are over 35 years old! All orders are wrapped in new recyclable paper but then sent in pre-used packaging that I have saved for this purpose.

Privacy Policy

I am committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected will be held securely in accordance with the UK’s Data Protection Act 1998. I will never share your data with any third parties. As a Sole Trader, I am both the Data Processor and Data controller.
When processing an order I gather your name, email and postal address, which will be used to fulfill the order, for example to the Post Office, Royal Mail or another courier and which may include contacting you directly. I will also record details of the purchase made ( i.e style/design) to help me improve my products and services.
